Payment Policy

RoxxPort displays customer-facing prices and charges in United States dollars (USD).

Accepted payment methods

RoxxPort accepts eligible credit cards and debit cards, along with any wallet, RoxxPort gift-card, or account-balance option displayed in checkout. Card payments are processed through Square or another payment processor identified in checkout. RoxxPort does not ask customers to send full payment-card numbers by email or chat.

Order total and currency

Before an order is placed, checkout displays the product subtotal, discounts, shipping and handling, tax, gift balance applied, and the total due. If checkout displays tax of $0.00, RoxxPort will not add a later tax charge to that order. RoxxStar Premium is currently a free account benefit and does not create a recurring membership charge.

Authorization and order acceptance

A payment method may be authorized when an order is submitted. An order is not accepted until RoxxPort confirms the item, price, availability, delivery eligibility, address, and payment. If RoxxPort cannot accept an order after collecting payment, the affected amount will be voided or refunded to the original payment method.

Taxes and billing information

Any tax collected by RoxxPort is shown before payment. Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. RoxxPort may request verification or cancel a transaction when authorization, identity, or fraud checks cannot be completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Amounts paid with RoxxPort gift balance are returned to that balance. See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.
